We are open to working with people of all ages, genders, backgrounds, or abilities. VIYAR employs both women and men between the ages of 16 and 79, as well as entire generations of families. The main thing for us is professionalism, the desire to develop and share common values.
Engagement
According to Forbes, in 2025 VIYAR took the 28th place among 300 companies in the ranking of the best employers. We are also proud of the level of engafement our employees show, as according to an independent survey it is 83%, eNPS – 68%.

Taking care of the team is a priority for us. We provide comfortable working conditions, but also implement a set of programs aimed at strengthening the mental and physical health of our employees.
Improving the infrastructure of local communities

We are a city-forming enterprise, as we have created more than 800 jobs for city residents, and also have a significant impact on the economy of the whole region. In addition, we are focused on improving the areas surrounding our production facilities.
We cleaned up the lake, developed the lakeside area by laying paving stones, planting grass, trees and installing street lighting.
Showrooms and rented premises
A comfortable environment is always created wherever VIYAR’s warehouses, production facilities or branches are located. We make sure that our staff, customers and the people around us enjoy being in our company. For example, our main showroom in Kyiv has seen one of the biggest transformations.
Here we saved the old plant building from demolition, reconstructed the fountain and created a comfortable place for the neighborhood residents.
Sustainability
To show quality and safety, we organise regular factory tours where customers can see production processes firsthand.
Energy efficiency
Our facilities meet high energy efficiency standards. Solar power plants on main production roofs provide up to 70% of energy in summer. Other facilities are being prepared for solar panels, while we introduce responsible and rational practices.
Responsibility
VIYAR factories are equipped to meet the latest standards. We invest in sustainable production, optimising the use of resources in order to minimise the impact on the environment.
Recycling
We sell recyclables (stretch film and cardboard) and sort them in our own warehouse before transfer to partners. Marked bins are placed across all areas, and batteries and paper are collected. Waste is reduced through efficient equipment, improved packaging, and recyclable cardboard pallets.
Water resources
Responsible water management is key to our production. We reduce environmental impact, optimize use, and reuse water. Stormwater is treated before entering the river, and quarterly tests are conducted in the Stugna River. A closed-loop system and 15 treatment plants significantly cut water consumption.
Certification
We choose raw materials with transparent and confirmed origin, cooperating exclusively with legal and responsible suppliers. This is confirmed by the relevant standards and certifications.
Microclimates in workshops
Integrated Blauberg and AFM systems (EuroVent) ensure optimal conditions. Ventilation regulates air, temperature, and humidity: filtration in spray booths, high humidity in veneer areas, and dehumidification in laminating lines. The Nestro system removes particles, while energy-efficient drives reduce consumption and maintain stable temperatures.
